Asking for my brother who has a comic script written, but is seeking a US comic book style artist that is very good, inexpensive, and can also do some anime style.

He is working on a project and the artist he had paid ripped him off so hes trying to find another artist to work a deal with. He asked me to ask around for him, so if anyone knows a rather inexpensive artist that can do quick and comic book style artwork and comics, do let me know so I can see if something could be arranged
