So my own birthday is coming up fast, and will be here early this September. I'm hoping I can afford something I've been dying to get for a while now, and something that can help me give back to you, my fans and friends. I'm looking to improve my artwork, and I feel the best way I can do that right now is to find a cheap art tablet and a dece art program to use.

So basically, are there any recommendations for either or both things I seek?
