✧ General Rules ✧
» By commissioning me, you've agreed to following the terms and conditions listed below and will abide by them.
» Any sort of harassment or verbal abuse towards me will result in a refund and you being barred from future services.
» You acknowledge that I work outside of art and that real life takes precedence.
» I will keep clients updated on commission statuses via Trello, your patience is most appreciated.
» I do have the right to decline a request.
　Whether it makes me uncomfortable, I'm not interested in the subject, or I don't feel like I could do your idea justice.
　Please do not take it personally.
　(See my Do's/Don't's below.)
» I have the right to update or change my TOS to suit my needs. If you've placed an order prior to any changes, they will not affect you.

✧ Payment & Refunds ✧
» I ONLY accept payment via PayPal and in USD.
» DeviantArt Points may occasionally be an accepted form of payment.
» I require full payment before I start your image unless you've requested a sketch approval.
» Commissioners may request a refund in full before their piece is started.
» If the image has reached the line art stage, any request for a refund will have the work completed deducted.
» After commissions are completed, you are not entitled to a refund.
» Requesting updates are suggested to not be dissatisfied with the commission's end result.

✧ Requirements ✧
» Proper reference sheets or multiple clear visual images. Fursuit, Second Life, traditional images or full text descriptions are not accepted.
　However, some text is fine to make sure important details aren't missed.
» Clear idea of what you want; unless it's a wing-it. In that case, please suggest a general theme. Otherwise I will do as I please with your character(s).

✧ Image Rights ✧
» Clients retains the right to request that their commission(s) not be made public/hosted in any of my galleries.
» Commissioners are allowed to post their order to their gallery without needing permission; All I ask is proper credit and link back to my page.
» I have no intention of selling commissioned images as prints or merchandise and I will not further profit from these works.
» Produced images CAN be used to advertise the artist on websites, as banners and other shameless means of self promotion. Please inform me if you wish to opt out of this ahead of time.
» Clients cannot sell the received works as prints, posters or other merchandise.
» They CAN however, make prints, posters and other merchandise for their personal use.
» They can also include their piece(s) price to a character they wish to resell without needing permission.
» NEVER REMOVE MY WATERMARK OR SIGNATURE.
　ONLY POST LOW RESOLUTION AND WATERMARKED IMAGES.
　FULL RESOLUTIONS AND UNWATERMARKED IMAGES ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
　FAILING TO DO THIS WILL FORCE ME TO KEEP BOTH RESOLUTIONS WATERMARKED.
　PLEASE RESPECT THIS!

✧ WIP's & Edits ✧
» Edits to the order during the sketch stage are completely free. I will not progress until the sketch is approved.
» The above statement does not effect this if it's a wing-it.
　If there is an error, depending who is at fault, there's a chance edits will be free or have a fee.
　For instance: If you didn't include so and so, it's on you and you will have to pay an edit fee.
　If I missed something that was included, it's on me and edits are free.
» Heavy edits during the line art stage will also incur an additional charge depending on difficulty.

✧ Adopts & Character Resales ✧
» Payment is due upfront unless talked to; Holds are available for 48 hours if you're 100% sure on purchasing the character. Please tell me first when claiming, not afterwards.
» For resales, most will have a set price but you're more than welcomed to offer a trade. (Only if they're priced under 25$ though.)
　Interests: $$$ > Art > Characters
　- Art (No head-shots nor traditional pieces please!)
　- Characters (I'm picky, but I prefer fluffy cuties and a mostly grey-scale palette.)
　- Characters on TH Favourites (Basically a three-way trade.)
» Art Trades are to be completed within a month after it's been accepted.
　I will extend it another two weeks if you reply to my interest check within 24 hours.
　Showing WIP's grants an additional three days to the hold.
　Failure to complete the trade after that will make the character available again.
　You will not be able to reclaim them via trade, you must buy them or do a three-way trade if you're still interested in them.
» When posting first image or a (new) reference of the adopt, please credit me for the design.
» If uploaded to ToyHou.se, please credit me as the creator. My username is the same as here; @/Daxxylicious.
» Only resell for the same price you paid (unless they come with extra art, do not include gifts/trades/collabs into the price).
» Trading is allowed; this means when you no longer want the design, you can trade it away.
» If you gift/trade/resell them to someone, please let me know. I love to keep up with my babies. ;u;
» Once paid for, the character belongs to you. I don't care what you do with it as long as I'm credited as the initial designer.
» You may alter the design slightly by drawing it yourself or having someone else draw it with the alterations.

✧ Your Character Here Poses ✧
» Must have funds ready (Paypal USD). No holds, trades ect.
» Multi-slots are not first come, first served. I must see the character beforehand.
　Batch poses will be first come, first served.
　See below for auction rules.
» Some poses will have x gender only or any gender listed next to them and written in the description.
» Most species are welcomed, see my Do's/Don'ts listed below. You can always ask if I can draw your character via comment and linking them.
» Anatomy and such will always be fixed to the best of my ability. I want my art to be worth the price paid.
» Complex designs will have an additional fee, keep this in mind. Again, ask if I can draw your character via comment and linking them.
» Small things such as accessories can be added to most poses. (ex: collar, bandanna, socks, thigh-highs, bracelets, etc.)
» Poses will not be changed; expressions can be slightly altered. (ie: Change a teasing look to a more lustful one.)

✧ Auctions ✧
» Please have payments ready within 24 hours of YCH/Adopt bids unless we have communicated prior of any hold ups or incidents that may prevent you from paying within the time span.
» False bids, misbehavior, or begging (you will get a warning first) will result in banning you from future auctions until further notice.
» Keep the bidding chain clean and easy to follow. If it gets out of hand, I will be forced to re-auction the piece/adopt. A journal will be written if it happens.
» Always reply to the previous bidder, do not break the bidding chain by replying to my original comment. I will correct you and hide your bid.
» Do not hide your bids, please talk to me so I can edit the chain and inform the person whom was outbid.
　If you hide without talking to me and I catch you, you will be denied participation in future auctions.
» Bidding wars can and will happen, I will take full responsibility and keep watch on this.
» If a bidding war takes place and one of the bidders dropout, the price drops to whatever the FIRST bid was before the dropout's initial bid.
　I.E: Person A: bids 100 | Person B: bids 120 | Person A: 150 | Person B: 160 | Person A: 180 | Person B: bids 190 but then hides bids or backs out.
　The price doesn't go to 180, it drops back to 100. (Special thanks to rai.sin for this part.)

✧ My Sonas & Characters ✧
» You may request a picture with my characters if you wish, but I reserve the right to deny any request based on your idea(s).
» The cost for including them is 1/2 of the base price.
» My main sonas (Mia, Nero. Ru & Koi) are strictly off limits for NSFW and romantic settings with anyone.
» You may not draw my mascot (Damien/Dax) or alt sonas (Arrakis, Ayla, Ghost, Snow) with other characters without permission, even if they are gifts.

✧ Important Information ✧
» I'm a slow worker. Please have patience with me.
» I jump around my queue to keep from losing interest. I /try/ to keep my 'how-to-work' plan as: "Oldest order. = First to get done." schedule.
» Freebies and requests are low priority for me, sorry if I take a long while to get to yours.
» My turn about time is about from 1 week to 2-3 months max since the order has been confirmed. The above might take longer than that.
» I am currently unemployed. This means that commission completion times shouldn't take long, but it CAN vary. Keep in mind I'm not glued to my desk.
