Well, it was coordinated a whole lot better than last September's move. Most of my apartment's contents now sit in a storage locker. Only a few stray items, my Zinogre suit, and dust bunnies remain. Those too will disappear over the next few days as I close the book on another chapter of my life. Had there been fewer delays in the responses I received from potential employers, I would have stayed.

However, this might be a short move compared to what's coming next--I'm considering electrical engineering jobs with utilities in Cascadia. As I go through business news for my region and receive no responses to my applications. The companies I worked for were mired in the 1960s and doomed by malign neglect by the state of Ohio. Most of my generation has left for greener pastures. I've seen them, too, my cross-country train trip with CC ended with a day and a half in Seattle. Good transit, pleasant environment, economic growth, and lots of people my age.

This poses some interesting relationship challenges--can me and CC sustain a relationship across thousands of kilometers?

Spaceport Vaporwave - flat color and background complete the penultimate work utilizing the old workflow.
