Yeah, I know that's a really weird thing to say on rediscovering my old Weasyl account. But so it goes!
Back in the day, I had made this account as a refuge and a backup site when things were getting ugly on FurAffinity's managerial side. I don't know if any of it was ever resolved, but whatever happened, people eventually went back, and FA is chugging along like the unstoppable fuzzy, sloppy, goopy behemoth it is. And I forgot about Weasyl.
Which is a real shame as the UI of this place is so much friendlier. Oh, well.
I will be posting a few of my latest things as tasters and deleting considerably older pieces - but that might be where it ends before I forget about this site for another few years.

You have a very, very good set of points! I hope I won't forget this place as much as I have in the past. I wish I could just like...squish the two sites together, because I truly like the setup here SO much better.

FA quit having apocalyptic downtimes that lasted 2 months after that so many years ago, so I assume with the looming threat of outages gone, folks panicked less about being on other sites. I like a good bit about this site, though, so I decided to have it open with my other main artsites when I click my browser. It's helped me stay active on all my sites. Can't make a community grow if people don't put a bit of community into it themselves.
