Hey everyone! The time is here!! I am finally getting my double mastectomy surgery in Brighton on Thursday, so we are setting off tomorrow morning (Wednesday). I'm really excited as this has been a LONG time coming!

I'm not sure how long it's going to take me to recover, the surgeon said 2-4 weeks and as I am type 1 diabetic I'm going to go for the longer amount. I'm a bit worried about things like infection, lost nipples and such so I'm going to be focusing on eating healthy, keeping my glucose in check and exercising lightly. If any of my followers are post-op transmen please let me know if you have any tip or useful info!

I have two outstanding commissions, both clients who have been super awesome and said it's fine for me to finish them after my recovery. I'll try to start drawing as soon as I can but of course I'll keep everyone updated!

I have been wondering whether to post this or not as it seems very cheeky but... as I have not been able to work (due to claudication) and also have not been taking extra commissions due to trying to finish my current list, I've now got zero income. My partner works but with rent and bills we are really struggling.

It will help reduce stress while I'm recovering, and hopefully give us both peace of mind that we're not going to miss any bills this holiday season!
