Hiyos Peeps!

It's a new day and getting back to the weekly journal updates.  Before hashing out plans for the day, a little recap:

Despite best efforts, my goal of finishing my current commissioned piece last week didn't pan out.  Progress was made (a little over a page), but fell short of where I wanted to be.  A lot of time was spent staring at my screen and the wall of text and struggling to decide what to put down next.  I feel that the key to my own productivity is somewhere and I'm still struggling to find it.  Maybe it's my desktop setup not being perfectly ideal, maybe it's my chair not being long-term comfortable, maybe it's distractions I willingly surround myself with, or something I haven't thought of.  In any case, I'm not gonna quit till I find a solution to this problem.

Anyway, as for today, my plans are thusly:

- Room adjustments including snagging some window curtains (will do as soon as I'm done posting stuff)
- Mess around with my software audio mixer to accomodate my new headset and mic
- Return to story streaming!  Maybe being live and on camera and have some company might give my inspiration a needed push
- Game streaming?  Been wanting to jump into it for a long time now and might give it a trial run on Picarto.  Will stream some Destiny 2 gameplay and see how it comes out.
- More story streaming!  Back to work after the gaming stuff.  Maybe breaking things up will give me a needed refresh.

That's KINDA the plan in a nutshell?  Might double up on my ADD meds a bit this time around for a push.  Taking said meds on 2 different schedules (Morning and afternoon doses on days off, Eavning and Midnight doses on work nights) might be messing with me more than I'd like.  I also may take a break from streaming for personal/hygenic reasons.  Shower, quick nap, laundry, etc.  I'm hoping to go with this for most of the day and into as much of the night as I can.  Fingers crossed.
