Sales & Auctions
• For fcfs (first-come, first-served) sales: You have 1 day (24hrs) to reply. If you want a character design to be put on hold, I can hold for 1 day (24hrs) unless stated otherwise.
• If I do not receive any message from you within the given time limit, the design will be back up for sale.
• You can buy and gift the character(s) for someone else.
• For auctions: Please bid in chains (place your bid by replying to the highest bidder). When the auction ends, I will inform the winner and if you win, you have 2 days (48hrs) to reply.
• If I do not receive any message from you within the given time limit, the design will be handed over to the 2nd highest bidder or will be back up for auction.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to legally buy NSFW character designs. I will not be responsible if anybody is faking their age.

Payment
• For cash: I only accept PayPal and in USD. I will ask for your email since I use invoices on PayPal unless we have mutually agreed that you use PayPal Me instead.
• For DeviantArt points: Be sure to have my confirmation first before you send me the points.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Usage
• For regular adoptables: You can alter colors, add extra features and accessories. I will be able to edit colors/markings and depending on the request I might add/remove accessories for you as well. Please do not make an original species out of these.
• For original species adoptables: You can alter colors and add accessories, but you cannot edit the anatomy of the character. I will be able to edit colors/markings and depending on the request I might add/remove accessories for you as well. Please follow the species info and guideline by the species creator.
• Free characters can be edited as well, but I won't edit anything for freebies; you'll have to do that yourself or let someone else do it for you.

Trading & Reselling
• You may resell, but do not resell higher than the amount you paid for them unless you've paid extra artwork(s) of the character.
• You are not allowed to sell the characters that I give away for free unless you've paid extra artwork(s) of the them.
• You can trade and gift the characters; you don't have to tell me with/for whom.
• If you resell/trade/gift a character you bought or claimed from me, the TOS still applies to the new owner.
• You can co-own a character with someone else.

Crediting
• Do not claim the character design as your own.
• Properly credit the base/lineart creator and the character designer.
