Quick update about streaming by GallowsGryph

So... About me streaming more of my stories...

Long story short, Windows 10 is now more unstable than Windows Vista ever was, and because I can't install anything else on my laptop, I'm not sure how well I'll be able to stream. I'm currently backing things up onto my external drive, just to make sure it's safe, because I don't trust this thing right now.

While I was just using my system normally, the GPU driver suddenly died. Didn't recover. I rebooted, and it went to a black screen as soon as I logged in. Did that several times. I had to intentionally trigger Advanced Boot Options and run repairs to get it back to the usability I have at the moment.

Fingers crossed, I'll have even a chance to order a PSU and GPU for this desktop next week, because I won't be able to really stream without it. The 7600 GT currently in the system is too old for OBS, as is the spare 9800 GTX we have. As per usual, to get a working desktop, I have to spend more money. =_=

And some may be wondering, "What about the iMac you talked about being used for streaming?" Well, I could use it for streaming, except that when I tried, it wasn't all that great either. The GPU is just too old for OBS to handle, so even if I could upgrade it, that's still money I have to spend just to keep up with a running target.

So... Yeah. Hoping I might have a solution next week.
