PLEASE READ THIS, AS IT APPLIES TO ANY COMMISSION I WORK ON!!!
If you have not read this I can't be responsible for you not knowing these things!

I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason without disclosing why.
I also have the right to refund anyone for any reason without disclosing why.

I can post (or not post) the commission anywhere I like with a comment stating it is a commission.
I have the right to livestream any commission, as I usually do, publicly on my Picarto channel.
Private commissions (asked not to be streamed/posted publicly) may be given an extra fee.

Refunds can only be given up until a certain point has been reached in work.
Usually this is right after the sketch has been approved. Think of the sketch as your buffer.
I may be willing to do a refund after this point to a reasonable extent. If the image is nearly done I will NOT give a refund.
I'm open and willing to negotiate refunds if it is absolutely necessary.
Sketch commissions will have no approval phase. They can be refunded if I haven't started working on them.
If you chargeback without talking to me and negotiating a refund you will be blacklisted from commissioning me.

If you commission me you have full responsibility of your financial situation.
If you are coming on hard times, please don't commission me!
I'll be open again, it's more important for you to keep yourself well taken care of.

The commissioner has a right to ask at any time the status of their commission.
Commissioners can repost anywhere they like, but please link back to me. Thank you!
Other people who's characters are involved in the commission may also post with credit.

Do not commercially use any commission made unless you have explicit permission!
You MUST tell me if you plan to use commissions commercially beforehand!
Commercial use commissions may be subject to an additional fee if it is intended to make a profit.

If you plan on using someone else's character you MUST have permission from them.
If you don't and something goes wrong, I can't be held responsible!
I will not ask a person personally unless the commission is of a significantly violent or sexual nature.
If someone contacts me about their character being used without permission I will refund you and cancel the commission.

Also, PLEASE be sure you like my style of drawing before commissioning me.

HOW TO AND WHAT TO EXPECT:

Send a private message with the kind of commission you would like and some level of detail.
Please have visual references ready! I will not work off of a description!

I will only take PayPal. Currency is USD.
Payment up to $200 is required up front before I start.
Payment options for higher prices can be discussed.
If you need a payment plan for lower prices, please talk to me.

Payment request is sent via invoice.
I always leave the option to tip on for invoices, but it is of course not a requirement.
For split payments, please tell me how they will be split so I can send an appropriate invoice.

Commission must be payed for before I begin!
The exception is for anything with a payment plan.

I will provide a sketch for approval (unless the commission is a sketch).
It will be messy, but it is just for placement, expressions, action and scale.
I can clarify anything that may be unclear, and I can make revisions as long as it isn't TOO far from what I was told in the beginning.
The point of this sketch is for the picture to be laid out in a way that allows me to finish it from there with little revision. So PLEASE, if you have an issue or qualm, tell me then! Afterwards I can still make adjustments to color and such if it is needed.

From there I will work on the image to completion.
At any time you are able to ask for an update on progress.

Commissions can take anywhere from a day to a month (or more) to complete depending on size.
I may livestream commissions, and usually do.
