By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following:

All payments are made through PayPal, via invoice method. Wait to be invoiced, if you send money, it will be immediately refunded. Work will not start until the commission has been paid in full

Depending on the size and scope of the commission and if there is a required deadline, a deadline fee may be added. For example, a complex commission that requires a lot of work with a fairly small deadline of 2 weeks could result in a deadline fee.

Commission Inquiry : Discussions about commission type, content and price of the commission.
Payment : Invoice via paypal will be sent to the client, who has 10 days to pay the invoice, after which they risk their commission slot being removed. Once payment is received, their commission will be added to the queue.
Sketch Approval : Preview of the sketch will be sent to the client. Here the client may request changes to the work. Once it has gotten approval, work will continue. However there can be only 2 revisions, after which, work will continue.
Emailed/Sent Files : The completed commission is sent to the client.

As the artist
The artist may use the work for portfolios, to display skills and abilities, and for promotional use.
It is up to the client whether they want their identity to be associated with the commission in such displays or whether they wish to remain anonymous.

The client
The client may post or display the commission wherever they please however they must credit the artist, Zoey Hoshi, and link back to Zoey Hoshi Studios, Zoey Hoshi or any of the official Zoey Hoshi Studios social media pages. The client may not take credit for creating the work

As the artist
The artist retains the right to reject a proposal before payment

As the client
The client can cancel the commission at any time by notifying the artist as soon as possible. A commission will not be canceled until the artist has received confirmation of cancellation. If the commission is canceled before work has started, they will be refunded in full. If the commission is canceled and work has already begun, then the percentage refunded will be based on how much work was not completed yet.
