I updated some parts to my rules, based of situations that's happened. I was making sure they're made to fit into invoices too, it was too long before. (Basically I post the TOS Part, than the info before it.)

Since none is reading this part, i'm making it top priority and I mean them..

••• Serious buyers ONLY, If you fakeout buying after making it convincing you're buying, saying you want an adopt from me and don't, ignoring all my messages about it, stalling will gain you a block. I look at that as trolling or a type of prank which has happened to me several times from some who ignored me. I've seen these ppl update their FA or FB status after I messaged them.
Also, since I cant block admins on FB in groups due to rules, I won't do any business with you ever again, even with power, you can't abuse my rules without consequence, I will just add your name to a list of not selling designs to. For general ppl, Idc about how popular you are, etc, these rules apply to all ppl, especially admins. Don'y act like you're gonna buy something when you're not. •••

••TOS••

•1: First come first serve. Paypal ONLY, will not do trades or give designs free, art shaming = Auto block, don't buttkiss or insult me into giving you free art. Pay first before work, I use invoice now (unless it's an adopt that doesn't fit PP rules, they pay me normally). Please let me know if you gained the design in the invoice under attachment also, it allows me to put PNG files with it, so I can deliver your design while you pay. Sometimes it doesn't send.

•2: You can do what you want with my designs pretty much, aslong as you credit me, even if you wanna recolor the pic, change gender, rename it (from my default one), add your own NSFW parts etc. Upon receiving artwork, you must leave my signature on it, on the ORIGINAL design. There is only one added to the design completely when sold to you (off the artwork). DO NOT REMOVE IT. It's obvious not to make multiple recolored copies of my adopts to sell either. If you buy one, you can only recolor it, use that or resell that one only, not it's previous colors either. You're welcomed to post the watermarked version to your page from my page also.

•3: Holds is, first customers get a day hold max, after that, 2 weeks max til you buy like 5+ designs off me in decent time, you will gain privileges of having a hold up to a month. I don't go longer than that in general. I know some emergencies come, so i'll understand, but if you keep making me pointlessly hold designs, you will lose the hold benefit completely. 2 design holds per customer plz. You can switch to 2 other designs from your former holds if you change your mind upon buying.

•4: The design belongs to you, art still copyrighted to me. Since I drew it and all. Do NOT Steal, copy, trace redistribute etc, only time you can repost my designs is if you're the owner/buyer, those ppl can repost my adopts anywhere, just please credit me. If you're helping me sell my design/s advertising me. Original post sharing allowed like if I post my designs on FB, Tumblr etc, and you share them or reblog them, that's helping with promoting. (TY to those who do!)

•5: No selling design higher than what you paid for. You can resell it for how much you paid for it or lower. UNLESS you order more art for the design, you can sell it higher. If it's an adopt that was on sale, then sell it the same you paid for, dividing the adopts into prices equaling it's original when bought both, like if it was 32$ for 2, then sell each design for 16$ if resold. Also, please pass my adopts rules to the new owner also. GIFTING/TRADING is completely fine! (Just hope your buddy doesn't resell it..)

•6: IF you want me to do design changes, I do color changes only, this includes editing markings to you desire too.

•7: No refunds. You've committed to buying the design after accepting invoice/the art, this is why I allow resells on my adopts. Asking for a refund right after you obtain a design is kinda rude, especially if you ask for one later, you always got possession of the art non-watermarked so it's like you're trying to snag it free.

•8: Plz don't remake a species out of my original adopts or Pokefusions (unless it's your own look than mine), adding to your adopt's story etc is fine, but not for adopts to sell, just because I didn't make it a closed species, doesn't mean I want others to make copies of it, PURE official Fan adopts aren't included in this rule,. (Example: Pure Pokemon, Sonic Ocs etc)

•9: No overly pickiness/excessive redos on adopts & customs, overly pickiness will stress me out to frustration, I'm not divine in anatomy, once you buy a design from me, it's final. I will not be doing anymore free changes after that unless you pay for it. Saying the design is ok, and buying it, that's a sign to me that you're satisfied and the sale is complete. Lineart changes after that would be 3$ extra, 2$ extra for recoloring. (I dont add NSFW to Anthros/Animals, ONLY humans etc type characters,)
