The Inevitable Challenge of Variety - a questionnaire! by Spiderdragon

All artists have a unique style that colours their work (...pun fully intended). Some artists focus on one particular kind of work that they become extremely well known for. Others experiment and do/offer a greater variety. I know I do a large variety of work; different kinds of props and prop accessories like costumes and weapons, as well as different art media: paintings, colour pencil, ink noodles, pencil noodles. This means that I get an engaging audience with many interests which is pretty neat, but it also means that it's difficult to gauge preference or specific interests in this glut of creative work.

This is where my question comes in: what do you folks prefer seeing from me? I've created a survey to obtain some metrics, please do take a moment to fill it out! It is anonymous.

LOL, I find that interesting as I complain about those artists I consider one trick ponies! Those who do ONE style, ONE subject and ONE look over and over! Yes, some of them are successful, but I get really bored and tiered of seeing their work when it is all the same! I had someone say they "knew my style" when I offered to do some commission work they were asking for. They dismissed me claiming they "knew" my style! So I said, really? Do you know my illustration style? My Japanese print style? My Medieval style? My Acrylic painting style? My Ink style? My decorative design style?....They did not respond, their loss!

That's just really rude of them to say that! And also absolutely their loss, you've got better things to spend your time on than on someone who doesn't seem to understand your work whatsoever. :P
