What a time it has been lately. Monday last week we close on the two properties, the first two for the business to finally start our journey of fixing and flip/holding properties. (made a pic and post HERE ) Between then and now Rassah has been told he has to fly out of the country next week to meet a very important figure for another business hes in. We have a coach flying in that (was) to teach us more on how to better do our real estate business he was setting up... now having to change the plan to where its mostly me doing it all haha. In between me having a car to do much work on that's now wanted back by customer mid-February to juggle between all this. Not whining or complaining, just explaining how much going on my way now. All good things, all good challenging things. Stuff is moving FORWARD and POSITIVELY. So lets do this.
