My right hand and fingers have been tingling for almost two weeks and my joints in my arms and legs are killing me because they hurt literally all the time and I've been having headaches and I'm so tired and fatigued and nauseated and every time I go to school or walk or anything I feel like I'm gonna pass out or straight up die and I'm so worry that it's something serious like cancer or some other disease. If anyone thinks they know what might be going on please tell me!!!
