Its very rare I update my Terms of Service but this seemed worthwhile. I've seen people asking for the original lines and such from their commissions or raffle winnings so they can try coloring them in themselves. I am generally pretty cool with this, since I know how powerful a learning tool that can be. However, my ToS basically said you couldn't do that. Since I gave the okay in the past, it was fine. Now its sweeping for anyone that commissions me.

I changed #7 to say
#7: You are allowed to edit the work you receive only for the purpose of education and practice. These pieces can be posted only if you say explicitly what you did on/to my artwork and provide a link to an original upload made by me. You are not allowed to make any profit off of these images. This includes traces or highly modified versions of my original artwork. You cannot say this was a collaborative piece between us, as no collaboration was done.

To quickly translate that, it means if you get a piece from me you can edit it and learn with it. Hell, post it if you want. But you MUST say what you did to/with the image AND provide a link back to the original posting. No saying it was a collab or implying that we worked together on it. You paid me or got the piece for free then did your own thing.

I HIGHLY recommend that you read it yourself. Any and all pieces I make for people are under my Terms of Service. If you commission me, you might as well know what you are agreeing to.
