Ack closed my browser and lost the reply. People often mistake my art for a few more famous artists now. A few people have said my anatomy is getting tighter than those artists at this point though, but I still have miles to go in color and medias. Those pieces must have just blipped out for some reason. I have never had my art stolen on an art site, but it has been stolen and used as tattoos, and screen prints. Sorry you had to deal with that, I hear they were/are slow about that. I don't get involved with migration dramas, just sign up at the new places, and give them a feeding, but with no payment bites happening then I just go work where the cash is again leaving the pole in the water with a bell so to speak. Its getting better over here, but its still pretty much a no pay/no traffic zone, and its not just me. One piece here has 100 less views than on FA and 12 favorites here, 45 there. I am glad it works for some people but just interest isn't enough for me. I get tons of feedback and interest in person and in my community or IRL fans. Been told my art is great forever, it doesn't bring me that much fulfillment to hear because its sort of a cheap and easy compliment to say to an artist. I'd like to have more income and work sold in gallery than preen with compliments. Everyone has their own thing though, different reasons to do/post their art (my fiance is more about the process and the feeling of doing so I get that)
