Help :C? (Pen tablet issues w Windows 10 Creaators update) by Sapphirus

For anyone who upgraded to Windows 10 Creators edition, is anyone having this same issue because I can't seem to get it to stop, it's making drawing annoying in SAI now, running into road blocks. Tried Re-installing/restarts etc.
