Seriously, though, I'm not the best person to ask -- much as I hate to admit it, I haven't read many fandom-published books lately, so I don't really have any personal "you gotta read this!"-type recommendations. But I've heard good things about ROAR under Mary Lowd as editor, as well as some of the recent-ish anthologies like Inhuman Acts (if you're into noir) and Gods With Fur.
