Post Con Rambles by SumiInk

I forgot to mention when I'll be gone for the con since I was preparing for it, but I'm back now. Have schoolwork to catch up on, but it's less than I expected. It'll take awhile still, but hopefully less than expected. Maybe a week of week at most. Should be easy to maintain once I'm caught up.

Myths should begin posting soon. I just want to make sure I'll be caught up before doing so. It's just to ensure that pages won't run out. Currently there is 6 weeks worth of pages, and I want to keep that growing or close to constant.

On a side note, I might be able to open commissions soon. I want to try to keep the prices fair by setting a full one then go down from there. Likely will be a bit lower than I want at the start, but eventually raise it at some point. I was thinking of $25 for a full piece (background, full shading, ect.), but I'll probably lower it for now. Some input would be great since I'm not exactly sure.

No so important yet, but it's better to not let the internet know when you are going to be away from home. If you have to give notice, at most just say you are going to be 'busy' and give details when it's over. I am sure anyone following will understand.

I can give some accountant ideas for commission pricings, but you are probably better off speaking to an artist. At the very least, have a look at other commission prices.
Also, ask an artist if you can copy their terms of service. (Sounds scary, but is well worth the effort).

I plan on doing that as time goes one. Unless it's linked to an event like a panel or something. Very low chance of that happening at the moment and later.

For commissions, I already have a fairly good idea about the terms and conditions, or at least something similar to it. I've been wanting to open them for years, so I kept an eye for issues that might happen.
