I've been thinking about maybe streaming my work on the weekends, from around 1-4 PM UTC Eastern Time. Likely Saturday and Sunday will be when I would be streaming if people are interested. I do not stream with music or use my mic, but I would be open to talking in the chat so long as nothing gets out of hand.

I would be using Picarto, but the only issue is that I have the free package and that means you all (the viewers) would be subject to ads and the like. I figure if the ads are an issue, you can put up an adblock or something depending on how the site tends to run things, but it's best to put it out there. I also do not have the ability to record my streams on Picarto, but if wanting to look at old things is that big of a deal I can just record it to my hard drive and edit it for upload on youtube. Also the stream would not be high res. I did a test run earlier today and it sort of look like a grainy JPEG, the screen capture in BMP looks slightly better. It's more crisp and not so grainy.

Other than that I went 5 hours without a connection drop, so there should not be a problem regarding technical difficulties.

So, thoughts?
