I feel very...mute.
I am very active with my own work at home but not really so on here, but that isnt a half life of the problem. I am glad I have friends and chill people close enough to talk too, but when we all start to share the work we have done I am...ultraviolet to their eyes.
People hear "I do 3d work" and they ask to see things but become very stale and non communicable when all I have is a wire frame mesh always being edited. A majority of people have no idea the anatomy of layers 3d/game design work includes for its DNA and they cant offer feedback, thoughts, ideas when just lines like a gray wet kitchen tile floor shaped out are all they see.
I feel mute because of this, you cannot explain most things to people of this kind of work for the feedback or issues/ideas I face.

Too true. But hey, at least you continue your work at your own pace, and that says a lot! Sometimes people just don't understand the stuff going on under the hood, and blank stares or, "its good" is all they can say. Its a struggle for many artists trying to get people to not just critique but get honest opinions from people about their work. Just keep at it and enjoy the skills and talents that you have :) I'm sure it will be worth it in the long run

You're right! That kind of creation has SO many complicated layers and intricacies.. I've been trying to learn about it, myself. Its hard! Kudos to you for all of that hard work.
