I'm not fond of making journals like this, but this medication I need isn't cheap, and I'm quite broke at the moment.. I need this medication to function. I've got Bipolar II Rapid Cycling, which isn't easy coping with even on medication.. off of medication, my, mood swings all over the place, but the primary feelings are intense rage and suicidal thoughts and ideations, and attempts. Hallucinations are common, and can get scary..

I don't want to lose my medicine. I NEED this to function. I cannot maintain a household, my job, or myself without it..

It's about $250 (I currently am awaiting insurance to activate in a couple weeks, and I cannot go without for so long), so I'm taking on commissions to help fund this.

Unrelated Life Update:

I'm nearly all moved into my new home. The place is trashed right now from hauling things from my apt, which is 2hrs+ away, but it'll get cleaned up and nice once I don't have to deal with that old apt anymore. It's nice to have a house rather than an apt...no landlord to deal with and rules to conform to, or shitty neighbors in a thin walled complex.

My new job is rather labor intensive, which I love. I've noticed a few pounds drop off me, as well as some pleasant looking muscle toning in my legs, abs, and biceps/triceps. Gotta be a buff woman to lift all those boxes (weighing anywere from wee little 1lb to 67lbs).. It's like working out at the gym doing weight lifting, only I'm being paid to do it. Definitely digging the muscle toning 8)

Shirley has all but lost her ability to use her hind legs due to spinal root degeneration, but she scoots around just fine and is still a happy little lady, loves her momma, loves her treats, and getting all the attention :'D She's a pretty old lady, over 2.5yrs old now (ancient for a domestic rat), so every moment is precious with her.

Helmi bit the shit out of my thumb like two weeks ago. I had all the girls out playing, and she was letting me pet her and play with her tail. Then I have my hands on the floor, and she just waltzes by and CHOMP CHOMP on my index finger and thumb...ON MY RIGHT HAND. MY DOMINANT HAND. I don't blame her when she bites me. She doesn't know better, she was 90% feral when I adopted her, so I don't blame her. I wasn't even mad when her teeth where in my thumb (which has healed on the outside but the deep inner wound is till healing). She's a good girl, she just doesn't understand. I don't think she was being aggressive, but rather doing the 'test nip' that ratties will do to see if they can chew on something, or if they even should. Shirley, Ruth, and Bailey know not to bite hard at all, but Helmi doesn't understand, and that's okay, she'll learn at her own pace and I'll still love her so very much.
