Heya everyone. Hope you are doing well.

I have a friend and artist I know omni-aura on FA OmniSpirit on IB that I have been commissioning for a couple years now in big amounts. HE draws traditionally only for now, and produces a LOT of decent works and comics to boot for reasonable prices. Yet he gets barely ANY views, favorites and more importantly - customers. What is he doing wrong, I wonder? Anyone got any advice or suggestions on what he is doing wrong?

Even stuff like how I tag and categorize pics hes done for me get more views and faves than how he does the exact same pic. The people he seems to attract in streams are either repeat customers like me and Anubis or those coming for a freebie pic being their first time to his stream and disappear. They return when he offers a free pic with one of his characters sometimes. same deal. I'm not sure what I can suggest anymore to help the fellow be more successful in attracting the right crowds to his works and to help bring in more potential paying customers for getting their own art made by him. So ANY advice or suggestions you can toss his way would be helpful. I appreciate it.
