Terms Of Service

The art you purchased from me, will be published on sites I go on, to which will be watermark to protect it from those who wish to claim as their own. Please notify me, when submitting the art on other sites. Example, Weasyl, DeviantART, SoFurry, InkBunny, etc. The image must have the watermark on, when submitting it online, while the original without the watermark is yours to keep to yourself and must not be posted anywhere online.

The regulations for buying my art is simple and straight forward.

1. When being commissioned, I will only accept a certain amount at a time. To prevent myself from stressing myself.

2. Clients must pay the full payment, after the sketching phase. This gives a better idea on how the commission will look like as a sketch to the client. If payment isn't given, the commission will not continue from it's sketch phase.

3. Please notify me asap, when wanting to make a withdrawal from said commission.

4. Please be patient, as quality takes time and effort.

5. I do not tolerate harassment, insults, etc - by my clients and/or to anyone else. If this happens, I will refuse to not go any further with their commission, bid, etc, and will instantly refund them. No questions ask.

6. As with any artist, everyone is different on their speed, when it comes to improving their work and learning to draw more varieties of things, such as muscles, certain poses, etc. However, I will try to do my best.

7. When given a description of a character with no reference, I can only do what I can in drawing him/her, depending how simple and detailed the description is.

8. Invoices are optional, if buyer requires one before payment or that the buyer does not have a PayPal account.

9. Payments must not be sent through as "Gift" through PayPal and must be "Goods and Service". Please make sure that shipping is not required, before sending payment.

If you want to commission me, just send a note saying what you want and your email, in case you decided to withdraw and want a refund. However, the refund can only be obtainable when the commission is at its sketching stage.
