There are some things you don't need words to say, and that happens a lot on my end. It isn't important conversations, or rare events but...you don't need to write an essay for everything to say "I tried"

That's what I learned about myself, my health and my depression or other mental issues. Even with repairs happening here, I just am left with no energy to do the thing I love, I breath or talk to people that make me cherry sweet a smile. I'm 1/4th of myself now, and I'm waiting for a change to get back into doing what I love.

But only time will give me that later.
