1. You must agree to the below terms of service in order to commission me. By sending payment, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to all the below terms.

2. You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

3. Full or partial refunds are available as follows:

• If a small amount has been completed (sketching to lineart), 100% can be refunded
• If a moderate amount has been completed (lineart to rendering), 50-75% can be refunded
• If a majority has been completed (rendering to completion), a refund is not available

4. Payment must be made upfront before I start working on your art, unless agreed upon otherwise. However, under no circumstance will finished artwork be delivered prior to full payment.

5. Full payment must be made within 2 weeks of the sent invoice, unless agreed upon otherwise. Failure to pay the invoice or communicate with me otherwise will result in the commission being cancelled, refunded, and you will be placed on my blacklist.

6. A small fee may be added onto a commission to cover the Paypal fee. Prior to sending the invoice, I will clearly let you know the overall price for your commission for your approval.

7. Screenshotted and watermarked progress reports are available at any and all times at your request.

8. I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, journal, or etc.

9. You maintain all rights to the character(s) featured in the artwork, however I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork.

10. You may repost/use the artwork anywhere you'd like as long as there is visible credit back to me.

11. My TOS is perpetually a work in progress and may change without notice.

12. I reserves the right to reject or back out of a commission at any time, for any reason. If I cancel a commission after payment, a 100% refund will always be issued back to you.

13. If no contact has been made within a reasonable amount of time, I retain the right to cancel and/or pass the commission onto the next person.

14. I will make any changes to the piece within reason to your specifications, however only three rounds of modifications will be allowed.

15. Any commission ordered from me will be digital artwork only, unless otherwise stated.
