Commission Journal (Details) by Nylosia

Q's and A's About me as well as information to commissioning me.:

Are we required to read all of this?

No just how the pricing works. Though I highly recommend you take the time to read it all or at least skim through it.

Q: What kind of art are you willing to do?

Pretty much anything, I'm honestly fine with NSFW art as well as clean art. I will let you know if I'm not comfortable with the subject. I reserve right to refuse a service.

How long have you been an artist?

Most of my life actually. It's why I can draw something detailed up on paper rather quickly. Digital Artist wise with clip studio and tablet included, only for...8 months? ((This was said 2.17.2016)) I actually would draw every single day after school for like 3 hours, growing up.

Why does your gallery seem kinda empty?

I actually cleaned it out so that people could get a better idea of what they can get. I kept the work I felt was good enough to leave there. Verses something I may have done a few years ago.

Q: When do we have to pay and in what currency? Do you use paypal?

You have to pay the moment you select a slot, payment must arrive within 48 hours. If it does not I will re-open the slot. Payments must be made in US Dollars. And yes I use paypal

Do you accept E checks?

Only if I see the payment has arrived within 48 hours.

Q: Do you do refunds? If you do, what are the requirements?

A: Yes I am willing to do refunds within reason, I will NOT refund you just because you don't like the art work I spent hours on. You hire the artist to do it in their style people, not someone else's, that's called copying. As for the requirements, I will have you send me an email as to the reason why you must refund, as well as a second person who can back up your story to that email. This also allows me to see the history as to why the project had to end.You can also ask for a refund if you feel I am taking to long. Hell I'll even offer. By taking too long I mean it's been your turn in the date line and for some reason you haven't gotten your work within a months time. That would indicate something happened to where I could not work on it. I will try to let you know if such a thing happens. Thanks for understanding.

Q: what would happen if to many people claimed for "refunds"

Should this be abused then I will have to at some point cancel this, please take note of that. Do not abuse something a person is understanding about people.

Why do you require payed commissions?

1) I need to save up money for life in general. 2) I am having a very hard time finding a job. 3) I need to save up for culinary school. 4) I want to live with my boyfriend. 5) I got bills to pay just like anyone else, I am an adult after all.

What program do you use? And what tablet do you have currently?

I have the highest version of clip studio paint. And I have a Wacom Draw. I hope you fine folk will help me save up for a better tablet and computer.

Do you only do digital art?

Nope, check out the gallery, I draw on paper to.

*Would you allow someone to haggle a price range with you? Aka lower the price of a commission?

*Yes actually. For example if you just wanted base colors that could easily lower the price a good 10 to 20 dollars depending on what you want.*

*How many hours do you put into digital work?*

*6 to 15 hours at least. If I were to break that up, around 3 to 6 days if I can work consistantly*

Do you do YCH's? If so, how much will they cost.

Prices will very honestly, they could end up being really cheap or around the same average prices that I normally do. So keep an eye out.

How does one receive gift art from you? I know some other people got work for free.

You earn it by being supportive of me either through payments or showing me real support as a viewer, because I do honestly appreciate it.

Is there any way to watch you work?

Yes I have a picarto ----> https://picarto.tv/NylosiaKhan

*All Sketches Except comics are * 16 USD (I put more work into these then one would think lol.)

-------Prices information: Please note these prices are for full color and shading, as I said before you can lower them by removing shading, hardcore color, remove background, etc

Inked Work: If this is just your sona in some black and white doing something its honestly just a little more then a sketch at 25 dollars, this includes shading. Without shading its 20 dollars. =). This also can be up to 2 sona's. More then 2 is still 10 dollars a character.

Sona sheet: Price can very depending on how complex the sona is and how much you want on one sheet. Base price of this is 50 dollars, this includes 2 images of the sona in full color and shading. additional images to the sheet will make it very in price depending on what it is, sometimes it won't cost you anything if you say for example just wanted something like a close up on the eye. Wings can cost 5 to 10 dollars extra. Remember less work can equal the price going down a good 10 to 15 dollars.

[b]Image of your sona (s) doing something: This is 50 dollars and includes up to 2 sonas, because it can come with a background and is full body as well as whatever it is you want to happen, happen. Please understand this also requires me to have a bit of artistic freedom after you have given me the scene, i will try to match the description best I can. Once you add more then 2 sona's the price goes up 10 dollars per character. Please make note of this.

~~~ REMOVED IDEA UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE THANKS Chibi's: Chibi's are 25 to 30 dollars. Additional characters for these unlike realistic proportions only add 5 more dollars and the wings do not cost extra in this particular case because, well it's a chibi lol.
Upper body aka knees or pelvis up: These are 40 dollars because they are technically not full body and are usually like a portrait. Again more then 2 characters adds cost, in this case it is a 10 dollars increase when you go past 2 characters.
Bust pictures: Bust pictures are either waist or chest up and can include the arms and the tail. Please note they may be semi cut off depending on the image, because after all it is a bust image. These are 35 dollars Adding more then 2 characters per image will add 10 dollars per character. Remember you can lower the price if you give me less work, like you want a sketch or to keep it inked in base colors it will drop the price to 25 dollars.
Comic book work: That is up for debate. I don't know how to price those yet but expect each page to be at least 25 dollars and that's simply going off base inking and shading essentially black and white color they will easily be 40 dollars a page due to all the panel work. But yes I am up for making them when the slots are open.
Fine print ----> Q: Is there anything you can say now that you will under no circumstances draw?
Heavy gore, aka bloods and guts. Scat. Weird baby fetishes. NSFW Loli's. Girls with manhood. Tentacles ((unless its part of the sona's body its fine.)) Abuse fetish. Hardcore Foot fetish abuse. Bullying for pleasure.
Please remember no matter what I will have a signature on the work. Ya'll need to realize asking for "clean work" is insulting to the artist and makes it easy for people to steal their work. We have watermarks for a reason. Thanks to those who understand.
Please note the information on this can be changed and updated due to skill increase over time or amount of hours I know ill put into the work. Thanks for reading.
Thank you for reading everyone. It means a lot that you take the time. =)
