When you commission me, you accept all of these terms. If you decide later on that you do not accept them, I have the right to refuse your commission at any time.

Payment

• You may ask for a refund only before your art is done and given to you.
  
• Payment is due at the time of commission. Your commission is not finalized until I receive the total cost.
  
• Non-negotiable prices, no holds, no favoritism, no bribing.

Process

• You may ask for alterations once for no charge. (Within a reasonable limit, if you ask for a majority of the piece to be changed, I will have to charge extra.)
  
• I will give you two previews at the halfway point, and before completetion. You may ask for more previews/streaming at any time.

Distribution

• Reposting is allowed only if you give all credit where it is due, I would also like for you to tell me where you decide to post my artwork.
  
• You may NOT sell or recreate my artwork in any digital and/or physical form, and I will never give permission for others to do so.
  
• If you are to resell any of my character designs, you may not sell them for more than the price you bought them.

Terms of Agreement

• You accept my work pace, I will refund or upgrade your art if I feel necissary.
  
• You accept my art style, which means you are not here to ask me to 'draw like so-and-so.'
  
• I have the right to refuse your request for a commission for any reason I see fit.
  
• Be respectful when you communicate with me. I may ask you for more information to avoid mistakes on the artwork or for your feedback.
  
• I will not draw: adult, fetish, mecha, various fan arts (ask me), (If there is anything you're unsure of, please ask before assuming.)
