I was chatting with a buddy and he asked me how Garth and I have been, I gave him a big long description about it, which then made me realize I should probably write a journal an update everyone. So bits and pieces of what I told my buddy are in here, plus more I felt I needed to write out to more accurately explain how I am and give you something decent to read that can be considered an "update".

Other than getting back from my first con, I have been slowly getting better at art and am needing to get more organized on my laptop, websites, and in my real life.

My room is due to be cleaned, over due in fact and I have a lot of personal projects I have the ambition to do but not the drive.

Garth has been, well...on the back burner. He only exists as much as I can put effort into him and while I know his spirit is off conquering demons and monsters, he is pretty dormant right now. I haven't brought him out to play in a very long time.

The rest can be said about all my characters really. I am just more focused on myself right now, and maintaining the many relationships I've got on Skype and on FA, throughout the community. It's a lot of work and I am really feeling the weight of being a friend to so many. Only two nights ago a friend who I knew from the very beginning has decided to move on from FA and live his life separate and apart from the community. I'll likely never see him again. We parted with hugs and promises to never forget each other, but its a friendship that is over, I've been mourning that.

I guess those are the darker dismal parts of what has been going on lately.
