Alrighty, been on Weasyl for a while, so I figured it's time to put a journal up with what's going on. Currently, this Shep is deployed. No worries though, I am safe, of that I can assure you. It's been a good experience though, but I find myself wondering, "what would happen if I suited here?....." I know how that would turn out, but still, guess it shows where my heart lies now. haha.

Anywho, I'm excited to get back and start my con season off. First up will be FurFright in CT. Really looking forward to seeing all my friends there, and crushing that sushi joint that WE ALL go too. Jake will make a full appearance this go around, with me helping out with the "Bucket Brigade" and getting into the dance competition. Looks like it will be stiff competition this year (it always is).

Next con after that will be Midwest Furfest. I'm really excited for this con, as I will be debuting a new suit, made by Blue Harbor Mascots. He will be a crazy coyote, and will become my main dancing suit, as I LOVE Jake, but I don't want to wear him out too fast, as he isn't even a year old.

Last con of the year for me will be the con in Rochester, I'm pretty sure it's Furry Conspiracy, but I'm not 100% sure. Both suits will be here, and will again be doing the dance competition, as this is where I made my first foray into competitions.

Bringing this journal full circle is a request to see if anyone has gotten or plans on getting rooms? (I know MWFF already opened room reservations). I'm a clean suiter, and would have two suits starting at MWFF. Don't mind drinking, but please no ridiculously late room parties. If possible I want to stay at the main hotels, or extremely nearby. I stayed 3 miles away for furfright last year, and I missed out on so much because I had to commute.....that, and I slept pretty late some mornings. :P

Hope everyone is having a great year thus far, and having ton of fun at the cons. Know that I miss all my friends I've made so far, and looking forward to meeting tons more. I'll be seeing ya'll soon, and this shep is gonna have a blast.
