Well, anyways, what was I saying? Oh, yes.

Hello, I'm Zero. I'm new here, though not to the online artistic community as a whole. I've been drawing off and on for most of my life, though I didn't get serious about it until after high school. I'm a senior in college now, and I'm looking at graduation's ugly face looming in the distance. I should be face-to-face with it in about a year if everything goes according to plan.

I like drawing an assortment of things, though I started out drawing mostly furry people (on account of my complete inability to draw a human face). I've since evolved into a variety of character drawing, though my favorite stuff to draw is in the realm of monsters and sci-fi. If you've ever heard of Hellboy: well... I want to be Mike Mignola when I grow up.

Aside from drawing big bad wolves, I also like to write. I work for a newspaper and make my bread and butter off writing news stories, but I also greatly enjoy writing fiction and fantasy. My current project regards monsters, keeping in-theme with my favorite stuff to draw. I'll submit chapters here soon, once I get them in order, which is taking longer than I would like to admit...

So yeah, drawing and writing, fangs, blood, and the occasional fin or tentacle are what you can expect out of me here. I do hope you enjoy, patrons of Weasyl. Here's to new venues, and profusions of cheese.
