Those of you who were sticking with the world's most adorablest critters in the heart of Animal Crossing, better heads up. There's a special Nintendo Direct dedicated to entirely New Leaf. The following message from its official Nintendo Direct website states:

Catch a Nintendo Direct on Nov. 2 at 7 a.m. PT focused exclusively on the new updates coming to Animal Crossing: New Leaf for Nintendo 3DS.

The following times around North America will be 7 AM PST/10 AM EST; UK at 2 PM; Europe at 3 PM CET: Australia at 1 AM and Japan at 11 PM JST. This could be the last Direct for this year, prior to its daylight savings being put back. So, what do you guys think? Are you hoping that there might be other Animal Crossing characters to be added into the amiibo lineup?
