In no particular order....

1) The first thing I remember ever doing was lining up wooden clothes pins on the edge of the metal tray on my baby stroller before I was a year old.

2) The first song I remember hearing on the radio was "The Naughty Lady of Shady Lane" by The Ames Brothers.

3) I shorted out the power at my elementary school while in kindergarten by shoving a paperclip hook from a toy wooden crane into an electrical outlet.

4) I came home early one afternoon because the neighbor kids were throwing stones. My parents sent me back out to call my brothers home for supper and a thrown stone knocked out my front tooth. That was the day before my 11th birthday.

5) At age 10, I decided that there was no Santa Claus. So he visited while I recovered from severe frostbite to the face and a case of Chicken Pox.
