    got something like that myself recently. Been hitting the gym ever since. Not actually losing any weight, but my respiration and endurance have improved..

      I've been drinking a lot of water lately (over the past two weeks), rarely have sugary things (gravitate toward salty) and have cut out caffeine completely. Now, I have to lose weight. That needs to happen. ^.^

        caffine's something I could never cut out. But, as a former candy addict (right down to cussing myself out while buying it) I say kudos for cutting down on the sugar.

          Honestly, I've never been a huge candy snacker. It's really rare when I want candy. Like I said, I tend to gravitate more toward saltier foods (chips, pickles, beef jerky).
