Rather literally, unfortunately.

TL;DR: Half of the apartment my flatmate and I live in got flooded with sewerage, including all bedrooms.

Needless to say this has thrown a spanner in the works, and I won't be doing much around here until at least I've sorted out interim living arrangements (and possibly breaking the lease, because the agents have been completely !$@#ing useless).

Edit: The lead property manager has actually been doing stuff, and it's a matter of how the insurance companies want to mess us around.
