From here on out, those making the purchases will be referred to as the client and I will be referred to as the artist.

-By commissioning me you agree that you are of 18 years or older. You must be of 18 years or older to purchase any material from me, excluding any sold physical material (Ex; Stickers, posters, etc.)

-You understand as the client if any verbal, written, or any form of harassment or abuse takes place against the artist(me) I have the right to terminate your commission at any time, a refund will be granted depending on level of completion (Please view refund policy below for fully defined definition of refunds)

-Any Falsified information (Age, Name, Permission to character, ownership, etc.) Will lead to termination of commission.

1. Payment Policy
I accept payment through Paypal Invoice only.
Payment must not be sent to artist ahead of request.
Payment must be accepted through invoice.

While Invoice may be sent as soon as the commission has begun client has the right to accept invoice at any point. ​

Upon next communication with artist(whether update or verification), the artist will verify that payment has gone through correctly.

**2. Accepted Content **
As long as the suggested content is NOT: underage pornography, scat, beastiality/feral characters in a sexual manner, incest, or rape the artist will take on the commission. If you're unsure of the artist's boundaries, please ask.

Transphobic slurs and disrespectful language (e.g. ""herm"", ""futa"", ""c*ntboy"", etc.) will not be tolerated and can result in the termination of your commission and communication with the artist.

3. Refund Policy
A refund may be issued if it falls under some of these circumstances. Refunds are not limited to these circumstances, these shall be used as a reference point. Refund policy also concerns harassment/abuse terminations. If a refund has been issued the client gives up all rights to any completed art regarding the commission.

-Full refund if client much cancel commission and no work has been completed by artist.

-Half refund if complicated sketch or line work has been completed by artist

No refund will be issued if:
-Artist has completed commission or reached the colouring stage of the commission(s). Any commission that does not need coloring still falls under this refund policy, only broken down in to how completed the image is.

-Shipping has lost psychical product

-If commission is finished, accepted and client come back saying they are unhappy at a later time.

4.Process
A soft overview of the artist's process, as well as highlights for clients. All clients have the right to view art work in between stages if requested. Some smaller commission depending on requested level of finish will receive fewer viewing of art without requesting.

Rough sketch
Very rough layout and concept sketch detailing the positions of the characters include. Will often contain very little character detail. Depending on what is requested, it may also contain a vague background( at this point mostly for size and concept understanding).The client has the right to any changes they feel is needed to the poses, background, or concept.

Line Art
Generally no provided unless requested by the client. As the artist is working in traditonal mediums (dip pen and ink), any major changes may increase the price to a small degree to cover supplies cost. Client may request small changes, if artist is asked to redraw any detail more then twice a fee pay apply.
If a specific item is redrawn more in three times or client is indecisive with why they dislike this item, artist may ask to put down the commission until client can specifically tell artist what is disliked.
Any large changes, that are not directly the fault of the artist will not be tolerated at this point, and will had a fee issued. Any changes that are directly the fault of the artist (IE: forgot item always present on character, and is on reference sheet/was requested) no fee will be added.

Coloring
The colouring process is generally done in a one or two day's worth of work. If requested, one of two update photos can be given.

5.Deadlines
The artist does officially accept deadlines for most normal commissions. Special orders may have a deadline. If a rush order is made, a fee will be applied. If you are in need of a deadline or rush order please discuss it before commission is accepted.

6. Distribution of Finished Art Work and Editing
Upon finished work being delivered to client, you will be given a full high res image of your work. The client may post artwork in any gallery or imaging hosting website AS LONG AS CREDIT IS GIVEN and AS LONG AS THERE IS A LINK BACK TO THE ARTIST. The client also has the right to print the commission for personal use. Any printing beyond personal use must be discussed with artist ahead of time.

The client has the right to crop, and use any finished commission for personal banners, icons, ECT. Artwork may also be used as further reference of character if wished.

The client does not have the right to edit the art work, such as: recoloring, rehashing or removing anything that may be outdated. The client also does not have the right to sell the work of the artist for profit in any way.

If the client is selling the character(s) with art work attached, the artist asks to be notified for permission as no profit should be made off of the artwork.
