Ever since I started my new job on Friday, I've been so inspired to actually create art and design work again!

For the past year and a half to two years a majority of my creative efforts or project attempts felt forced. Usually I was mostly putting my creative efforts into the theater (which was 99.9% of me). I felt taken advantage of for the most part. I was doing the work of about 10 or 15 people for a grossly small wage. So getting new art supplies, my own projects, and even small daily essentials (properly nutritious food, cough drops, PMS pain relievers, etc.) were a huge stretch for me. Luckily that's now on the past.

I'm getting a supply list ready of beads, findings, crystals, and such in order to order or get at Pat Catan's. But the most important thing will be to get my Macbook fixed. I was originally to get it fixed by Mission Repair, but they misquoted me when I explained my problem over the phone. They shipped it back and would issue me a refund.I still have yet to get said refund....

As far as future events go, I'll have to cancel my Toledo art show. But I'm looking to fill that spot in with (hopefully) Art-a-Palooza here in Green during the summer this year. I'll be able to have business cards and postcards printed for such occasions and have more up to date art, accessories, and jewelry. Also hopefully show at another RAWCleveland showcase!

But the best thing is... I'm known as the office seamstress. I already have the Director asking me how much I charge for hemming pants and jeans! Extra side money for projects and/or needs. Which is good. :)
