I'm currently using Weebly for mine! But I know Wix is also a good one to use. =3 I might move over there if Weebly doesn't meet my needs.

    Yup, Weebly is free unless you want more features. But so far I like the free features. =3

I also use weebly for my character site! it's very easy to use and has lots of different layouts that all look nice.

    it is! my site is tooiescharacters.weebly.com it's mostly empty because I have so many characters X3 it still needs a loooot of work.
