Before you consider commissioning me, please make sure you've read my ToS completely. This is here to insure that the business between us is as smooth as possible. I thank everyone who has taken the time to read this, I know it looks like a wall of text but it is very important.

● Commissions are a first come first serve bases. I will post journals to inform when I'm open for slots, once those slots are taken I will not accept any requests. On the off chance that I feel willing to take on one or two more than my current slots I will send you a Note asking if you still would like a commission. When I post any journal for open slots please send me a NOTE, all you have to put is “Commission”. This helps me to know which Notes to look at ASAP, anything else will be ignored until I've confirmed those who have put the right title and fill up my slots. Anyone who catches me once I fill up my slots I will send a reply to your Note that I am filled. There are times I will make a reserve list, I will also notify you if you wish to be put on that list, if you accept you will have first dibs on my next availability.

● I have the right to reject your commission at anytime, for any reason, and if I wish to I will explain why. I do not have to explain why if I do not feel I need to. Please inform me of the rating of the picture (General to Mature) I personally will only do themes that are G to R rated. This means no explicit sexual content. If you are looking to get such a commission I do do collab commissions with my best friend Remix. If you are curious just have a look at our JOINT ACCOUNT on FA. He is very good and doesn't mind doing sexual themes. I for one will go as far as a show of breasts, but no genitals, everything else I'm willing to draw and not draw will be listed below.

● On posting commissions online. I will post them, it was my time and effort to make them so I feel I have the right to post them on either site. If I do not, then I do not. I may have a reason, I may not. I am random at times, but please do not ask me why I posted or why I did not. I will ignore you. Like myself, you have every right to post it where you will. Once the piece is done it is your property, all I ask is that you do not claim credit on it. Such as “I drew this!” Because that is just wrong and I will hunt you down. Doesn't matter if the image is nothing of mine, I drew it. I took the time. So please do not claim what isn't due to you. (If you do not want the piece critiqued please inform me, and I will disable critiquing.)

● Watermarks are there to protect a piece from someone wishing to claim it. While this is not completely fail proof it does give me a peace of mind, as foolish as that may seem. When I post images they will have a watermark put in the middle of the image, as for your image I will simply “sign” it and be done with it. As stated please do not claim you drew it, or replace/cut my “signature”. I will have nothing against asking you to take it down or replace it with the one I've given you, or going to higher powers to remove it. You do not go to an art gallery, buy a piece then claim it, that is wrong and illegal. All line arts are yours to do with as you please, I know may like to color it or have friends color it for them, etc. I am not against it as long as credit is due, that is all I ask. This is why I make sure that your line art is in black and white for easy coloring.

● Only one piece per slot, and one slot per person (unless noted otherwise). Once your commission is done I will only keep contact with you to make sure you received your piece via email. Once I know you have received your commission, I will no longer keep contact. We are not friends, we are simply doing business and our business is done once everything is done. So please do not try to be buddy buddy with me, or think just because you commissioned me once I will be friendly and lower the price. I will not and if you think that, I will deny your request even if I am open for commissions.

● DIGITAL ONLY, I only have the means to work digital. I may or may not open for traditional pieces but those will be few and far between. Those will be posted in Journals as well, and once they are claimed they are claimed. If you take a look at the commission sheet all images have a starting price and may or may not go up in price depending on character complexity. When I say “complexity” this means their design, their gender (I work better with female than male humanoids), whether they are humanoid or creature, clothing, accessories, etc. Note that I do best with creatures and anthro characters, humans I may or may not take on, it's been a while.

● PAYMENT, I work through paypal, and I will only receive money via paypal. All commissions other than icons I firmly request 50% of the total price up front (nonrefundable). You will get to see the sketch before I ink and color, and progress pictures (sketch, ink, to colored). Once the image is done I will inform you and will only send the high resolution picture to the email you send to me once I've received the other half. This is to ensure that my efforts were not for nothing. If I do not start on your image in a reasonable time, or decide to decline your commission that 50% will be sent ASAP back to you no questions asked. Life hits us hard sometimes, and I'm only human, if personal things kick in and affect my effort to work I will refund everyone waiting on me. You are paying me to draw for you, and if I'm not drawing what you paid me for than I do not deserve your money.

● CHARACTER PERMISSION, sometimes people come who want a picture of their character with that of another personally owned character. If you happen to want a commission like this I will personally ask the other character's owner if they are okay with me drawing their character with yours and the subject matter. Only till I have complete permission from all parties will I do this commission. If I do not, I will not and will ask you either pick someone or something else. Otherwise I will deny your commission.

● HOW I GO ABOUT COMMISSIONS, I work through both Notes and Email (TanzaniteBlood@yahoo.com). Once you have attained a slot from me you can send me details/refs/etc through either means. I will ask for details, and please the more details the better. That goes for picture references, or written references. Once a price has been settled, I once again ask you send me 50% of the full price up front before I begin the piece. If this is a problem, then I will deny your commission and open that slot.

Once I have received the 50% I will begin on the piece. For all pieces I will work on a rough sketch, this will be sent to you through either note or email. If all is 100% okay in the sketch I will continue from there by inking it. Once the inked version is done I will send a progress image, you have the one “fix” at this stage, and once I alter whatever needs fixing I will continue from there if it is required. Once again you will get a progress image of the solids (color) to make sure I have it all right. After that I will finish it if required. These last staged images will be thick with watermarks, and very low res, you will only receive the high res unwatermarked image once I receive the other 50% of the full payment. Please send me an email you would like me to send this file to, once I receive the last payment I will send this to you and wait to hear that you have gotten it. (I will stream at times stream while working on a piece, if you happen to be at the stream and I happen to be working on your image you may politely inform me of any alterations.)

I am still learning, so please. If my style changes, it changes and happens. I do not do it intentionally, and if my detail, anatomy, or what have you is better than what I drew for you. If happens, I'm still growing and learning and I do strive to get better in my art skills.

● THINGS THAT I WILL NOT DRAW:

• my characters with yours (This is only reserved for close friends.)
  
• fanart (Such as anime characters, etc.)
  
• reference sheets
  
• cub porn
  
• animal genetalia
  -vore
  -gore
  -fat furs or inflation
  -scatological or water sports
  -pregnant
  -raping (That means gang rape too.)
  
• mechanical things (Mechs, etc. I'm just no good at it and my patience just goes out the window.)
  
• sexual themes (Again my friend Remix and I do sexual theme collabs, if interested please look him up.)
  
• complex backgrounds (Again still learning and do not wish to ruin your picture with something I don't feel comfortable doing for money.)

● THINGS THAT I WILL DRAW:

• same gender couples
  
• anthros
  
• creatures (Scaled creatures take a bit more time if complex.)
  
• tribal tattoos
  
• characters in lingerie
  
• If you have an idea or question concerning what I'm open to drawing, do not hesitate send me a Note.

● TIME & LIMITATIONS, I will say it now, I do not accept deadlines. Please do not try and ask for a commission only to tell me you need it by a certain time. If I have already started, it will be finished when it is finished. If I have not, I will deny your commission. How long it takes me to do a piece varies, sometimes not that long, sometimes a very good while. I try not to let it take too long, but it does happen. It may be that I'm working on the detail and smoothness of the piece. Or sometimes which does happen, I may be out of muse for that image. If this occurs I will inform you, so please do not bug me with how the picture is going, I will inform you when I do.

I have a life outside of the internet. Sometimes for good or for worse. This affects me greatly on my muse as a whole. If I fall into an artist block I WILL inform you ASAP. Because this may mean I will take a while longer to finish your piece. Or am unable to at all due to this shot of the muse. If this occurs I have no problem sending your money back. Life is a bitch sometimes and it happens so please all in all. Be patient with me. There will be times I will post up personal work, this can happen at anytime, so once again do not ask “Hey you posted a pic. Where is mine?” An artist's muse comes and goes, inspiration can happen at any moment, or a drive can be strong or dwindling.

As for limitations. This is for all future commissioners to know. Please informing as stated above of the rating of the pic. This will help me keep the image within that rating. Also please inform me of what freedoms I have with the image. If you just want to show me the character and have at it, I will ^ ^. If not, then please let me know. It will help out A LOT.
