Finally finished moving art between FA and Weasyl - also caught a couple things that weren't on FA anyway and put them in!

most of the uploads will end up in the old art folder and in the old references folder

I look forward to the next things I'll do which will be

• decide if I am going to create a new folder for all the icons & badges I have pictures of
• find art that I got that was never uploaded

so far so good!
