I have updated my TOS (Terms of Service) and rules on my commission site!

I had actually updated them a few days ago, but I had forgotten to post about it! I apologize for that. >.< If you're a regular commissioner, or a future one, PLEASE be sure to read my TOS as it is a contract and very important information for you to know! C:

One of the big important things I have added: I do NOT accept e-checks on paypal!
I'm not sure if those are done/sent on purpose when someone sends a payment or not, but just be aware I do not take them! I've gotten them sent to me a couple times when accepting commissions, and they're just a pain... Just a friendly reminder about that! <3

Other things have been added, nothing too big, and everything else has been re-vised, and made clearer and more organized!
