TERMS OF SERVICE

All payments will be handled through PayPal.

• 1) Prices lower than $50 must be paid in full before the commission is undertaken.

• 2) Prices of $50 and higher must pay 50% of the total cost before commission is undertaken.

• 3) Do NOT add what site you are paying to/from in the payment description of your invoice, as Paypal will monitor any site they deem questionable.

Client must provide clear visual references and/or detailed description of the commission details.

• 1) Changes to commission will require a $5 fee per edit.

• 2) Additional characters will require a 50% additional fee.

• 3) Drastic changes to the commission will be counted as a new purchase.

• 4) Cancellation of commission will be refunded 25% of the total cost.

• 5) If the client cancels during/after the colouring or final rendering phase of the piece, they will not be issued a refund.

• 6) I retain the right to alter or reuse initial concept art/poses for further commissions or personal works.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

• 1) Client will not harass, abuse or otherwise discriminate against the artist at any time.

• 2) Client will respect the artist's personal commitments and delays to the commission.

• 3) Poor correspondence after two weeks will incur a cancellation of the commission.

• 4) Client will respect the artist's decision to complete commissions in whatever order they choose.

• 5) Client will not share personal correspondence or discussion of commission details.

I have the right to refuse any commission that depicts hateful imagery and/or blatant discrimination towards any race, gender, sexuality or spiritual beliefs, held either by my clients or the general public.

• 1) Depictions of rape and/or sexual harassment will be turned down, no exceptions.

• 2) Depictions of sexual activity involving minors will be turned down, no exceptions.

• 3) Depictions of violence, gore or torture will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

I reserve the right to refuse commissions depicting copyrighted characters.

• 1) Depictions of other artists' characters will need to be discussed with those artists beforehand.

• 2) Depictions of my own characters will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

• 3) Sexual depictions of my own characters will be turned down, no exceptions.

I will post regular updates on the progress of commissions as necessary.

• 1) Client may enquire as to the details of their commission.

• 2) Excessive questioning or requests regarding the commission may be classed as harassment and may incur a cancellation of the commission.

I retain rights to display the finished commission on personal websites, online galleries, blogs or portfolios.

• 1) Time-sensitive commissions will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

I retain all rights to the commissioned art. The client retains all rights and copyrights to characters/subjects.

• 1) Character design commissions will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

• 2) I retain the rights to sell prints and copies of the commissioned art, although I will discuss this with the client on a case-by-case basis.

• 3) The client may not make prints or copies of the commissioned work for profit.

• 4) The commission shall be used by the client only and will not be reposted without the artist's approval.

• 5) The commission will not be cropped, edited or altered outside of the client's avatars or personal use.

The client must provide proper credit to the artist in the form of a name, username and a link to the artist's gallery or personal website.

• 1) I retain the right to request the piece be taken down from the client's online site or gallery at any time.
