Obligatory Zootopia Journal by FurryJackman

WAY better moral then Wreck-it-Ralph.

There are some moments where you can clearly predict what's going to happen, but as an overall experience it came out during a time where it's so relevant to what's going on in the world, and likely would still be relevant years down the line.

The protagonist handling was done well. The jokes were balanced so that they were joyful to watch rather than being forceful with it. And the multi layered plot helped keep the pace at just the right speed for the 108 minutes.

What I would have loved was to say what happened to the ambiguous mammals that either have no natural prey or they aren't predators. Maybe they have their own city on another continent and none of them know each other exists. (I did not see airports, so there would theoretically be no way to cross oceans other than by boat.)

No Raccoons appeared in this film likely because of this fact.

there's only one nitpick I have with the movie, the fact that just about the whole population of Zootopia treats Gizelle like she was the ONLY zootopian singer they liked and pretended that the other zootopian singers of today or yesteryear never existed. That fact alone makes Zootopia 15% Fiction while the other 85% of it is much like real life except with animals.
