I will not name names in this journal, but people who know me know what this is about.

Suppose a furry artist - we'll call him Fuckwad for reasons to become clear later - opened up a quick commission thing for pictures of a certain fetish. Now, suppose that I told him that I would take a slot happily. I'm was - prior to these events - a big fan of their work. Anyway, in theory I offered money and said that I was getting a person who would be going in the picture with me to respond. As it was a rapid commission opportunity, Fuckwad told me that I would pay once the other person confirmed, and that the other person needed to confirm quickly. This would be okay, I understand fully! However, even if the other person hadn't responded in time, I wanted art from this person. I'm a big fan, after all! So I would tell him I'd do it either way, I just wanted to see if I could get my chosen partner. Suppose I was told I had 30 minutes.

Imagine my surprise when, at the end of the time, instead of going with the idea with a random partner like I'd said, it turns out that he'd just given my slot away!

This is unprofessional behavior. Said person is hardly someone whose art I like anymore. Thankfully blocking/banning them isn't hard. However, remember furry artists, that when you do things like this, word will get around. You may not be named in journals like this one but you can bet my friends know who did this!
