Tigerdile sound issues by Silenceartwork

im having issues with tigerdile. Every stream ive gone to where people are actually talking-I can't hear them. Its not one particular streamer either, its all of them. The sound is so quiet, even with max computer volume i cant hear diddly.

Anyone know what I need to do to fix it?

    Have you emailed Tanabi? He can fix 90% of problems within a day

      I sent in an inquiry email and they just mentioned fiddling with the sound for seperate applications, which Ive done ;-;
