RULES
I retain the right not to accept the job. For any reason. This should go without saying.

Personal use license. This is the standard agreement allows you to enjoy the content for your enjoyment and sharing with friends, while keeping the commission prices reasonably low. If you are looking to use the art for your business or publishing or what have you, I am willing to negotiate a different agreement.

I retain copyright of the art. That means there will be no:
*altering (example: recolors, traces, removing signature, using as background for other art, etc)
*redistributing (example: uploading to a pay site as downloadable content)
*reproducing
*using as logos or ad copy or book illustration anything related to your own personal, financial, business, organization, or other gain

You retain copyright of your characters. I will not use the art without crediting you as character creator. I will not sell the art in the form of prints or downloadable content without asking you first. I will not sell any rights to the work to a third party without asking you first.

I reserve the right to post the art on art websites such as but not limited to Weasyl to be displayed as an example of my work.
