The history of The Messenger by Ael

Ael (pronounced as "isle") is a Southern Sergal. Nothing much is know about his birthdate, birthplace and himself, as he tries to avoid everyone's attention and keep the identity low-key.
Claims to be twenty-one years old, born in February 1995. At the age of nine he becomes an outlaw and escapes the home. One of the fellow Sergals tried to find him, but lost all traces of his friend in the mountains, considering him dead. It is in that moment Ael understood: it's all about surviving and fundamental "kill-or-be-killed". Spending nearly three years surviving in the mountains made him mentally unstable, easily angered person, rushing without thinking about consequences, yet physically fit, strong and experienced.
At the age of 13 a small caravan picked him up on it's way to the capital. He was on the brink of death, lost and starving. During the mad state his appearance change, making his eyecolor red, crying with blood and kill foes without any hesitation and mercy whatsoever. The caravan leader, called Vox, fed frightened sergal, gave permanent shelter and helped Ael to restore poor sanity. Vox was his mentor until he died in the raider's ambush (about 7 years after finding sergal), taught him psychology, how to control anger (enter berserk mode) and how to define friend from foe. There were several big arguments between both of them, and after each of them Ael was run ning away to calm down and "look inside himself" (Vox told him of Buddhism, which totally redefined young man's life). The mentor wasn't angry with him, as he knew that "young blood is always uncontrollable".
After Vox died, Ael was completely lost. His life wasn't dedicated any longer to his master and best friend. Seeking absolution, he became a courier. Many roads were walked by him, lots of messages were delivered, containing threats, death wishes and valuable life lessons. At the same time, sergal realized being bisexual. He attempted to date many people, but all of them failed try after try. He became cold-blooded and quite experienced for his age person, relying on his mind, skills and determination. Few people were by his side, they made him hard as stone from the outside, but quiet, caring and subtle from within.
Folk started to recognize him by his walk, dog tags and outfit: if anyone saw an unknown, walking with his head hanging, as if his hat was a heavy burden, in worn leather armor combined with dirty duster, people knew - The Messenger has brought news. Good or bad, it didn't matter: his reputation was unlikely a good sign, nobody tried to contact with him, be friends or a simple companion on the road.
He had different life interests, grading from basic needs to sex. Eventually, he gave up on them, knowing everything will come in a time. He never had master or any friend after Vox's demise. Being lonely played its part in Ael's life, making him reserved, ill-mannered creature with the others. Although, soon he finally began to search for a new master, as well as a couple of friends and a probable relationship, hoping for a better future.
No one really knows him or what's on his mind. But people should know one thing for sure: he dedicated his life helping others in need. Still, you'd better pray the God itself, if sergal finds out the truth: lies and corruption were always his eternal enemies he fought against anytime anywhere.
If Ael looks at you with focused look, ask yourself: have you become the Message?
