RIP Tablet. by Rizzell

My tablet has taken quite a beating over the years. From beverages being spilled on it to accidentally being stepped on. It even has fallen and hit concrete floors with minor chips. But even then, it worked wonders. However, after having it for nearly a decade, it seems that it has finally reached it's limit. It still somewhat works, but it has not been functioning properly. Sometimes the pen won't register or there would be delays. Also, the tablet surface has a lot of scratches on it. I thought it was my PC, but tested it on mom's laptop and came to a conclusion it is wearing out.

My niece is actually an artist and said she would be happy to test it out. So, I will give it to her as a practicing tool, though she already uses a touch screen laptop.

However, it is good timing this has happened for I planned on buying a laptop with a touch screen an a stylus pen. To this day, I prefer to draw on what I can see my pen touch. Never got coordinated with tablet. I only used it for coloring and editing. But now, I can finally take it to the next level and do both digital and traditional.

RIP Tablet.
