On partials/fullsuits 30% down is required before starting work.
This is for supplies used on your suit and is non refundable!

References

I will need a reference of your character no exceptions
I will not accept your commission without a reference
I will not accept incomplete references
I will not accept stolen references (I will check if I belive the reference is stolen)

Payment plans

I allow payment plans on all suits commissioned/premades
When you pay is up to you (whether it be beginning of the month/middle/end, every two weeks/monthly)
How much will depend on the price of your commission/premade
Payments must be made in a timely manner, payments are not made your commission will be set back and no work will be done till payments are up to date

Rush orders

Absolutely not!
I will not do rush orders I want your suit to look as good as it can, rushing will make for a bad suit!

Allergy warning

I do smoke and own two dogs
I keep my work area clean but there is always a risk
All suits are kept clean and are aired out before shipping
Please let me know if you have allergys so I can take extra care with your suit

Editing your suit after the fact

Dont! Please if we have settled on a design for your suit please don't ask me to change anything major
Before work has started is ok but if I have already made your head/body/feet/etc.
Don't ask to change anything its not only rude but disrespectful to any maker

Artistic freedom

I do offer discounts on freedom suits
Full freedom = bigger discount
Partial freedom = smaller discount/but you have more control

Contact

You must keep in contact with me, if I can not get in touch with you after 30 days your commission will be canceled/null/void

Canceling

If for some reason you need to cancel a commission funds will be refunded up to the 30% (non refundable) down payment you made and/or all cost of supplies

Repairs

I offer free repairs for all suits/premades I make up to 2 months after commission/sale date
You are responsible for shipping cost both to and from me
This only covers accidental damages/seem failures/etc.
It does not cover any kind of misuse, if misuse if found your suit will be sent back to you with no repairs at your expense
